MAX AC-2000 - The Professional Egg Dispensing System
Dr. er'Ls Knows EggsManufactured and designed by Dr. er’Ls Technology’s, LLC, this is a fully automated, portion controlled egg
dispensing system. This system has been designed to properly handle liquid egg products in a clean, sanitary and safe environment in any food service operation that must handle eggs for their business needs. It has eliminated the poor handling and unsafe conditions most liquid egg product is subject to under demanding operations. Some eliminated hassles are: open bags of liquid egg product, improper “Ice Bath” storage, stored eggs in open containers, use of ladling, improper temperature issues and more. |

The system is designed to dispense perfect portions each and every time. One egg, Two egg, Three egg - whatever is required. Besides the perfect portions features, the number one major feature of this device is that it has met the NSF “In Place Cleaning” Standards and is compliant.
History of the Liquid Egg Dispenser
In 2003 a client of Dr. er’Ls asked them if they could design a system to pump eggs automatically into a frying pan. As it turned out, for over a year or so several major manufacturers had been pursuing the same goal, but failing. Dr. er’Ls looked into the request and six months later (July, 2003) designed, developed and had a working prototype being tested and evaluated in a location in Tempe, AZ. The original design was quite novel, but acceptable. The unit met the required essential points; easy to operate, no egg contact with moving or mechanical parts, 100% refrigerated and needed to be sanitized “In Place”. The down side of the original design was two parts: 1- to slow to dispense (6oz in 30 seconds, 1oz per 5 seconds) 2- the design had too many components to assemble and install for the operator. Dr. er’Ls concluded the goal to deliver was attainable. After three years of additional research, redesign, infield testing and R&D the Max-AC2000 was awarded a Patent (October 2006) and met the demanding requirements: 1- Speed (6 ounce servings in 6 seconds – 1 ounce per second). 2- Fully modular, “Plug n Play “design. 3- NSF approved to STD 8 including “In Place Cleaning”. Currently the unit is in eight locations from Raleigh, NC to Arizona for over the last three years. At the 2008 Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo held in Los Angeles, the Max-AC2000 was awarded 1st place Best in Show for the "Most Innovative Product".
It later became apparent that the “In Place Cleaning“ procedures was too time consuming and not cost effective. It required 25 – 30 minutes and two employees to perform the task, as shown in the two minute introduction video. Dr. er'Ls decided to find a better, faster, and more efficient way to assure the system would meet all the stringent Microbiological Test and safety standards. Dr. er'Ls Technology developed the “Tube Exchange” sanitizing procedures as seen in the Tube Exchange and Sanitizing Procedures video. It now only takes approximately five minutes to complete the sanitizing procedure and is a one person job. Countless Microbiological tests have been done with this new procedure and the test results are well within the safety standards to properly handle liquid egg in a safe and sanitary environment.
